The line to get in was incredibly long. We (my friend and I) got there 
around 5:30 pm and the doors were supposed to open at 7:30. With 2 hours 
to wait I decided to walk around the Big Site. There were many cosplays; 
some were better than others. My friend and I got in line finally. It 
looked like we were at the end =(. I decided to walk around and see if 
they were selling any official goods. I went inside the Big Site and found 
nothing but a bunch of people sitting around. I spotted some people with 
bags that said "L'Arc-en-Ciel RESET>>LIVE*000" so I assumed they were 
selling some stuff. I got tired of looking around by myself and decided 
to ask some people where they got the stuff. They told me and I was on my 
way. When I finally found it, it was the same place as they sold the tour 
goods for the GCT and where they were going to hold the virtual reality 
thing.This time they were selling 6 items and left overs from the GCT. 
They had "The Vamphook" which is produced by hyde. It is a brass colored 
vampire bat with a hook coming out of it so you can hang a hanger or a 
coat or whatever. "Aibu" is produced by Tetsu. It's a wannabe of the Aibo, 
(the Sony dog) but this one is only a remote controlled dog. They were 
already sold out by the time I got there. Ken had a "manicure set" which 
is just three different colored nail polishes. The colors are:Soap Orange, 
Soap Pink and Pearl Red. They are all glittery. Next on the list is a 
pair of black pajamas produced by Yukihiro. There is a clothing brand in 
Japan called "Y's for men" and Yukkie's is a wannabe called "Y's for 
room". The remaining two items are an orange colored flece vest that has 
a patch on the back that reads "*000" (It was WAY too big and only came 
in one size) and "kairo" which is those little warm packets that you 
shake and they get warm (the opposite of the Ice Rockets from the GCT 
since it is winter now). 
     After I bought my stuff I went to go back in line and on my way back 
I spotted some "unofficial" goods. Mostly just small posters and telephone 
cards with L'Arc on them. They had some T-shirts and towels that said 
"L'Arc-en-Ciel Grand Cross Tour 1999" on them. A few minutes after I got 
back in line it started to move...but everyone else that I thought was in 
front of us wasn't moving!?! For some reason a small portion of the line 
was moving forward and I was included!! We moved up the stairs fairly 
close to the entrance now. 
  
It was about 8:00 when they finally started to let people in. The 
line led into the Big Site and down the same route I took to get to the 
GCT. They took our tickets and gave us a pamphlet that had that girl 
riding the dragon on the cover.Inside was mostly just advertisments of 
the members sponsering their instruments. We followed the line that led to 
the goods room and then finally led out and let us free to go to our 
blocks. I had A-2 tickets!!! Which were basically front middle. All the 
A blocks were in the front row.There were 5 A blocks, (A-1 being the 
furthest left and A-5 being the furthest right)and A-3 was the middle. By 
the time I ran in and found my block to my supprise there weren't many 
people there yet, but the front right corner and right side was already 
taken. I was able to get a spot really close to the front rail though. It 
was about 8:30 when some people took out portable TVs to watch L'Arc on 
Kohaku. The concert was to start at 10:30, so there was a while to wait. 
There were 2 big TV screens on at the front left and right sides that 
displayed the asteris (*) thing from the RESET>>LIVE*000 titile. Its was 
that green color like it is on the LArcom website. There was a BIG curtain 
that covered the whole front stage and it was also that green color 
(because they had lights shining on it). 
  
     At about 10:00 a display from behind the curtain read "L'Arc-en-Ciel" 
with the letters running from right to left in the same green color. At 
10:15 everyone started to stand up and I got pushed to the front, so now I 
was REALLY close to the rail. At about 10:25 the display froze and 
everyone gasped...but then it started back up again and everyone laughed. 
We all stood till around 10:45 then the lights began to dim...everyone let 
out a big cheer and small little white light dots appeared on the curtain. 
It looked like stars were dancing...then the music started...but it was so 
unfamiliar. A green light shone from behind the curtain and we could see 
the silhouete's of four people...L'Arc-en-Ciel!!  

  
Hyde started to sing a wonderful new song which was finale.   On the screens you could see blurry 
images of the members as the camera switched from person to person. The  song was so hypnotic and soothing. After the song ended it was black 
again...then a rainbow of spotlights appeared on the curtain and began to move around and caress of venus started. Then the curtain fell. Hyde 
was wearing a black jacket that seemed to be made of black feathers. He also wore a black shirt and leather pants. Tetsu had on a red leather trench coat and leather pants and his hair was red again. Ken wore a pair of sunglasses that looked like they were from the old show "CHiPS" about 
those highway patrol guys. Yukkie had on a silver looking dress shirt  I think leather pants (can't really see his legs behind the drums). By  the time everyone was jumping up and down excitedly and pushing even more 
forward. Next was Driver's High. After that hyde had an MC. He just  basically welcomed everyone and asked if we were having fun and if we wanted to hear more. Of course we all yelled "KIKITAI!" (we wanna hear more!)  
  
After this I am not sure about the order of the songs because I was 
too excited and it isn't really clear anymore...sorry!! But this is what 
I remember.Tetsu came out in a new outfit. It was a red and black top and 
black and red shorts (I think =P). Next they performed Love Flies then 
Ibara no namida then fate. Then they had a short intermission during 
which hole (I assumed) was playing. Then we could see Yukkie getting a 
guitar ready so that meant trick was next...and it was. Then hyde put on 
his guitar and started to sing honey after that came Heaven's Drive. At 
this time three doors behind L'Arc opened up and there where three girls 
dancing on poles like in the PV. Then came another MC. Hyde asked if we 
were "nemui?" (sleepy) and everyone answered, "nemukunai!!!" (we are not 
sleepy!) then hyde said "ahhh...boku nemui" (ahh...I am sleepy).Then he 
asked if everyone was having fun and asked if the people in the back were 
having fun, then if the next door people (the virtual reality thing) were 
having fun and we couldn't hear anything and hyde held his hand to his ear 
as if he was waiting for them to answer. Then hyde yelled "PROMISED LAND!!" 
During Promised Land the back opened up again and this time there were 
flames from there. After that hyde yelled "shout at the devil!" and then 
started the intro "1 2 3 GO!!!" Everyone started to jump around. After 
that it was black and they all left the stage. Some rave style sounding 
music started to play. Then on the TV screens images started to flash up 
and spin around. There were imagaes of Jesus on the cross and buddha and 
what looked to me like the statue of David. There was also a little 
man doing kung fu stances that flashed up really quickly and looked like 
he was sorta moving. After a while of that images of the members started 
to fly toward us. First hyde then ken then tetsu and finally yukkie. They 
kept on coming towards us with the music getting weirder and more odd 
images poping up and spinning around. Then it got faster and faster. Then 
finally L'Arc came out.  

 Hyde was wearing a white suit and had his hair 
slicked back. I kinda forget what everyone else was wearing. Just their 
usual clothes...nothing special. Then a timer poped up and read something 
like 3:14 and was counting down with the images still spinning and flying 
towards us and the music started to sound like a bomb or something was 
about to go off. Then hyde said some stuff...and at 14 he started to 
countdown.13..12..11..10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1..0...BANG some stuff 
popped up and hyde yelled and said "NEW MILLENIUM!!" And then he said 
"NEO...UNIVERSE!!" and they started NEO UNIVERSE and then hyde said 
"HAPPY NEW YEAR!!" and when that was over hyde had an MC. Where he just 
said "happy new year" and "omedetou" and talk about how this was their 
first countdown concert and how they were having fun too. Next came niji 
then milky way then dive to blue. The whole stage turned blue while they 
sang it. Then they sang winter fall to everyone's supprise. Next came 
blurry eyes. Hyde had a wistle and then he threw it into the crowd. Some 
lucky fan caught it. During the part in blurry eyes after hyde sings 
"why do you stare at the sky with your blurry eyes" they stopped just like 
they did at the GCT. And Tetsu started to talk again. First he asked, 
"minna genki!?!" (is everyone OK!?!) Everyone replied "GENKI!" (we are 
OK!) then he said again "GENKI!?!" and everyone replied again "GENKI!" 
then he whispered "yahoou!" and looked out at the crowd. Then he went 
away and came back with a bananna and held it up and said, "ore no 
bananna!" (this is my bananna!) and everyone screamed. Then he went up to 
the egde of the stage as if he was going to throw it and then he suddenly 
peeled a little of it then everyone screamed again and he finally threw 
it out and someone actually caught it whole. Then he asked, "KIKITAI!?!" 
and everyone answered "KIKITAI" then hyde said "KIKITAI?" and everyone 
said "KIKITAI!!!" then they started the rest of blurry eyes. Then came the 
last MC where hyde said it was a fun first countdown live and how it was 
the begining of a new year (and millenium) and the next song was the last 
song and of course everyone screamed. Then they started pieces. After 
that hyde said "domo arigatou gozaimashita" (thankyou very much) and he 
said "happy new year" then Tetsu came out with mochi and threw it into 
the crowd. Two were thrown at my block but none came close to me. Most 
of the stuff they threw out (hyde's whistle, tetsu's bananna, guitar and 
bass pics, and most of the mochi) was thrown at the center block (A-3). 
Then they all bowed and waved good bye and went backstage and while they 
were walking backstage hyde jumped up and waved good bye one last time. 
Then a message appeared on the TV screen that said L'Arc-en-Ciel 
RESET>>LIVE*000 and below it, it said "see you" and then the lights came 
on and the concert was over.
